    • The present Intake is 120.
    • Accredited  for 3 years by the NBA in 2007 
    • Second time Accredited by NBA in January in 2013
    • Third time Accredited by NBA under Tier 1 in July 2016
    • Fourth time Accredited by NBA under Tier 1 in May 2019
    • Fifth time Accredited by NBA under Tier 1 for a period of 6 years valid  from July 2022 to June 2028. 

B. Tech. Electronics Engineering (VLSI Design & Technology)

    • The B. Tech. EE(VLSI DT) programme started in the year 2024 with an intake of 60.

M. Tech. VLSI System Design

    • M. Tech. (VLSI System Design) Started with intake of 18 in 2006
    • First time Accredited by NBA in 2022 under Tier 1.

M. Tech. Embedded Systems 

    • M. Tech. (Embedded Systems) Started with intake of 18 in 2011
    • First time Accredited by NBA in 2022 under Tier 1

Ph.D. Programme

    • JNTU Hyderabad the affiliating university accorded Research Center to the Department of ECE in the year 2019
    • Presently 3 Ph.D. Registered under this Program

Minor Degree Program

  • Students admitted to B.Tech. ECE or EE (VLSID & T) can also pursue Minor Degree programmes in any of the following disciplines:
